Physical education is fundamental to the acquisition of movement skills and concepts to enable students to participate in a range of physical activities – confidently, competently and creatively.

NSW PDHPE K-10 Syllabus

Our After School Programs are an extension of our School based Gymanstics programs. These programs are created using the guidance of the NSW PDHPE syllabus to ensure students are able to participate in a range of physical gymnastics actvities, whilst also developing skills in resilience and conectedness.

We have structured our classes based on school stages - Early Stage 1, Stage, Stage 2 and Stage 3. See below for more information regarding classes.

Stage 1.

Our stage 1 program caters for children ideally in Year 1 and 2 at school. In this program, children perform movement skills in a variety of sequences and a situations, incorporating elements of space, time, objects and effort in performing simple movement sequences. Stage 2/3.

Our Stage 2 and 3 program is where all the fun happens! As children have some understanding of the basic shapes and skills in Gymnastics, our staff are able to create a more in depth program, allowing them to do some pretty cool things! Throughout the program, children will combine movement skills and concepts to effectively create and reform movement sequences and apply strategies to solve movement challenges!
